Shipping Policy

The products will be shipped to the customer during 1-4 working days after the order confirmation has been made by WalDecor.ee (Richfield OÜ) and after the payment fulfillment. Be sure the product you are interested in is not out of stock, otherwise the delivery time is longer, or is on stock but with a specified delivery time (please see the detailed information under each product).

Please double-check the mailing address and the name of addressee before sending the order to us.

We offer FREE SHIPPING in Estonia on all orders of 40€ and more to all customers. In case of free shipping we use Estonian Post Ltd.'s registered postal service (mainly registered standard parcels*). Offering FREE shipping to our customers is very important to us, we are fully aware of the convenience of shopping from home, especially when you have small children!

While ordering please select the shipping method and the following shipping fees will be added to the final invoice:

    • €3.49 - SmartPOST, delivery time 1-4 days;
    • €3.99 - Registered Parcels (Registered Standard Parcels*), with tracking number, will be  issued to the addressee ONLY, against the signature, delivery time  2-4 working days;
    • €5.49/€6.49 - Courier Service ELS Plus**, flexible delivery  conditions, ca 1-2 business days (incl. Saturday);
    • €0 - pick-up yourself the products at the office of Richfield OÜ  (ask for the location here).

*Registered Standard Parcels - the average delivery time for standard parcels that are mailed before the mail shift in the post office, is two workdays after the day parcel is mailed. A notice regarding the arrival of the postal consignment will be forwarded to the recipient's mailbox no later than the following workday.

**Courier Service ELS Plus service with flexible delivery conditions for private clients throughout Estonia. The recipient is called and a day and time for the delivery is agreed upon (depending on the area, from 8 am to 8 pm).

We are sending packages also outside Estonia and adding the shipping fee according to the International Maxi Letter Serivces Pricelist of the Estonian Postal Office.
